12 years working at Citibank Indonesia as HR Credit operation, I developed evergreen program to improve and utilize potential senior. I also designed train for the trainer for costumer services. Enhanced lead management associate development program for credit operation and coordinated employee activities and motivational program also done in this company. Then I moved to UOB Indonesia as Assisstant Vice President for around 5years. I enhanced all development program and acceleration career program. I also developed learning and service training. This company taught me to have a deeper knowledge in Management Project. I then moved to Bank Andara for 1 year. I became the head of Human Capital and knowledge management. I established proper HR policy and procedure and led all compliance audit and risk related to HR. A year after that, I moved to Momenta Indonesia as professional trainer. I then joined Bank Mayora in 2017 for around 3 years. There, I built learning organization and business support. I developed HR life cycle and directed operation and service, learning & development, talent management. I also accelerated remuneration and nomination committee. Then I moved to Mayapada Health Care Group as GM Human Capital. As GM at a Healthcare Group I work in close collaboration with clinical & non-Clinical functions to ensure delivery of good Healthcare services. My other capability is to ensure that the process needed for the quality management system are implemented and maintained in the hospital, as well as planning, organizing and managing all medical services of the hospital. I also need to oversee all training and continuing education for staff, both clinical and non clinical.
